Brother Machinery India Private Limited established in 2022 and headquartered in Bengaluru, is a subsidiary of Japan's Brother Industries, specializing in high-speed CNC machining centers. With a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Tumakuru and a technology center in Peenya, the company serves the automotive and industrial sectors with advanced machining solutions, backed by strong technical support and after-sales services.
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance industry knowledge and promote best practices, ALUCAST® is organizing this exclusive visit.
Proposed Schedule :
09:00 – 09:15 Reporting at Peenya Industries Metro station. 09:15 - 09:30 Travel to Brother technology centerpeenya (5 min drive) 09:30 – 11:00 Brother technology center visit (Presentation + Live Demonstration + Q&A) 11:00 – 12:30 Travel to Brother Factory @ Tumkur in AC Bus 12:30 – 13:30 Lunch 13:30 – 15:00 (Presentation + Machine manufacturing demonstration (Factory tour) + Q&A) 15:00 – 15:30 Networking Tea 15:30 – 16:00 Photo session + Memento 16:00 – 17:30 Drive back to Peenya Industries Metro station in AC Bus (Schedule may be refined based on participation and host availability)
The visit will provide :
- Product Insights : Technologies used in Brother SPEEDIO for Energy Efficiency & Productivity.
- Case Studies : Reviewing real-world success stories on Die casting components [with Focus on EV related parts].
- Live Cutting : Experience Brother machines in action, especially for heavy-duty applications
- Design Insights : Learning about Machine Tool Design Practices used by Brother.
- Manufacturing Tour : A walkthrough of the factory in Tumkur to see how the machines are built.
Key Considerations :
- Limited seats on a pre-registration basis
- Compliance with safety, confidentiality, and photography guidelines is mandatory
- A post-visit summary with key learnings will be shared
